Thanks to its unique technical features and compact dimensions, FMP’s QUANTUM Corrugator excels where traditional corrugators have limitations. The QUANTUM can be used advantageously for all standard single wall, single face, double wall, and lightweight paper combinations.
QUANTUM Corrugator is a unique process, combining a single application and low temperature. Formation of the single-face web and application of the outer liner is achieved in one thermal cycle.
The Quantum Corrugator allows FMP to excel in applications where traditional sheet feeders have limitations in the production of micro-flutes (N-F) with very light papers of 8 lbs/msf (40 gr/m2) – as well as for standard flutes (B-C-E-F & Double Wall combinations).
